Description

Research and investigate signal processing techniques to help improve Low Probability of Intercept signal detection and characterization, particularly in low SNR environments.  Prefer using Time-Frequency Distribution, Reassignment Method, and Hough Transform signal processing techniques - though other techniques, if shown to be effective, can be utilized as well.
