Description

In all immiscible fluid mixtures-whether colloidal dispersions, emulsions, or polymer blends-the morphology is primarily important and governs performance. Measuring the (1) dynamics of sorption of copolymer surfactants, (2) the interfacial microrheology, and (3) the drop coalescence efficiency will lead to a fundamental understanding of the mechanisms by which surfactants influence the flow-induced morphology.
