Description
Low-dimensional materials offer novel properties and device characteristics that cannot be attainable using conventional materials and device concepts. However, this realization requires overcoming materials and integration challenges as well as understanding physical laws governing their properties. In this regard, we aim at discovering new material properties, new measurements and ways for realization of efficient/high-performance electro-optical devices integrable to photonic and electronic circuitries. We offer a collaborative environment that couples multidisciplinary scientific interactions with state-of-the-art nanofabrication capabilities and advanced measurement tools.
