Description

The researcher shall perform basic and early-applied research in the areas of organic chemistry and polymeric materials. Specifically, the researchers will synthesize novel molecules with stimuli-responsive triggers, characterize these molecules using a variety of analytical techniques, fabricate and characterize stimuli-responsive crosslinked networks (e.g. coatings, 3D-printed objects), then determine the kinetics and mechanism of network degradation upon treatment with a variety of stimuli.
