Description
Machine learning has changed the game for almost every industry in the world. Considering the vast amount of publically available data on the biochemical effects and toxicology of chemicals, there is immense potential for machine learning to completely reshape the way we do toxicological assessment of emerging threat compounds. The objective of this research opportunity is to find new ways to mine, curate and model available data in open-source literature, publically available databases and internal data repositories. A successful proposal will use state-of-the-art methods in machine learning to accomplish these tasks.
