Description

NIST is responsible for leading the development of the core health IT testing infrastructure that will provide a scalable, multi-partner, automated, remote capability for current and future testing needs. In the Health IT Standards Testing Infrastructure Project, our goal is to provide a comprehensive set of test methods for ensuring that current and future standards implementations are in conformant with various national and international standards. Research topics would include service oriented architectures, web-enabled testing tools, semantic interoperability testing, and medical device interoperability testing.
