Description

The physical properties of polymeric materials are strongly dependent on their chemistry and chain architecture. Taking advantage of our understanding of polymer physics we want to design new material tailored to specific applications.

The perfect candidates for this position will have (i) a good theoretical understanding of the interrelation between molecular structure/chemistry and physical properties paired with (ii) hands on experience in their characterization using various methods (rheology, dielectric spectroscopy, DMA, DSC, NMR, TGA) and (iii) experience in basic processing of polymers.
